This is a breakdown of a project of mine. I designed the audio from scratch, implemented them into Wwise, and connected it to the game using Unity scripts. This video summarizes some of the design choices I made throughout the process.
I composed diegetic music for two scenes in Netflix's movie "The Sleepover." I created these tracks from scratch, including a fake video game soundtrack.
After extensively researching and writing how technological developments have affected timbre over the past 150 years, I challenged myself to redesign the sound for an early Tom and Jerry scene from the 1940's, attempting to replicate the sound style and timbre as closely as possible.
All sound and music in this video is completely original.
This was my presentation of my final thesis. Accompanied by a 16-page paper analyzing the evolution of timbre due to technology, I presented this slideshow in front of a panel of music faculty to receive my honors in music from Washington University in St. Louis.
During my enrollment at School of Video Game Audio, I designed original assets for Unity's demo game. All sounds in this video are original and have been implemented using Wwise.
As Tetr.io is one of my favorite games, I created a mod that replaces the vanilla sound effects from the game with my own sounds. This mod was uploaded and made available for public use.
