Hey! I'm Walter (if you somehow missed that gigantic graphic above). I'm based in California, and I make sounds for games.
I got started with audio in 2016, after begging my parents for Reason. I was instantly hooked and fell down the music production rabbit hole, posting my music to Newgrounds so that I could impress my friends. (My friends were not, in fact, impressed, but it did spark a decade long passion for digital audio so, you know, you win some you lose some.)
With this growing passion, I went to WashU and got my BA in Music. I inserted myself into any project that would be willing to pay me for audio work. This led me to making sounds for short films, video games, podcasts, online courses. I even had my music featured in a Netflix original!
In 2024 I went abroad to study mixing and mastering in Copenhagen, where I reflected on my various experiences in the world of audio. It was there that I decided to commit to game audio.
I'm currently working as a dog walker and piano teacher while I develop games. Other hobbies include: tennis, breakdancing, psychology, meditation, Tetris, chess, and piano!
